The second option is a little trickier but well worth the effort. It’s called a predictive chatbot, and it uses a combination of AI, machine learning (ML), and natural language understanding and processing (NLU and NLP) to predict searches and generate real-time responses based on previous data. They’re highly adaptive and can eventually respond and guide users the same as a flesh and blood worker.

Both options can benefit your business in powerful ways and should be considered.

Lead Generation Bots

These bots are more attuned to social media than websites, and they’re a great way to generate new leads and promote social engagement.
