Podcasts have become a valuable resource for businesses, and they’re the perfect way to learn something new while driving, going to the gym, cleaning the house, or sitting and enjoying a coffee. However, business-related podcasts are a dime a dozen, so finding the one that inspires, educates, and entertains you may be challenging.
Thankfully, as an avid listener of podcasts, I can get you started with my top 5 podcasts that will grow your business. I have these podcasts on repeat and never miss an episode, so you can imagine how beneficial they are.
Goal Digger by Jenna Kutcher
If you’re looking for a way to dig deep and chase your boldest dreams, this podcast is for you. Join Jenna as she hosts live, workshop-style episodes packed with actionable tips to grow your business and boost your marketing.
I love this podcast because she talks about everything from marketing to motherhood, but presents it in small, bite-sized pieces that are easy to manage. She’s also a marketing whiz, so check it out if you need help in that department.
Online Marketing Made Easy with Amy Porterfield
Everyone needs a marketing mentor in their ear, and that’s what you’ll get when you tune into Online Marketing Made Easy. Your host, Amy Porterfield, knows what it takes to get your business off the ground, and her episodes are full of step-by-step instructions on how to boost your marketing and scale your business.
It’s one of the first podcasts I ever listened to, and I never miss one of her episodes. Her lessons and ideas have improved my marketing team tenfold, and I wouldn’t be the business I am today without her. Her episodes are also entertaining and well-delivered, so it feels less like a lecture and more like a conversation between two colleagues.
Financial Feminist by Tori Dunlap
Only add this podcast to your playlist if you’re ready to spend less, make more, and be financially stable. Tori is a money expert and financial guru. Her podcast is full of tips on how to get money, save it, and become independent. Plus, you get to kick some patriarchal butt at the same time.
Her podcast is one of the most empowering ones on my list. I love that she talks about finances while also teaching women that we can step up to the plate and break free of society’s assigned role. It’s the perfect way to take control of your financial future while enjoying the ride.

Content creation isn’t the easiest, but it can be with help from the Creator Club. Each workshop-style episode is packed with strategies for social media marketing and content creation. She also talks about recent news, current trends, and ways to stay ahead of the curve on social media.
As a business owner who relies on Instagram (and hopes to get better at YouTube), this podcast has been a godsend for helping me navigate the waters of social media. Plus, Katie is a fellow Canadian.

The Money Podcast is the ultimate guide to getting out of debt, spending smarter, saving more, and kickstarting your personal finance journey. Every episode contains real stories and interviews, financial breakdowns, and plenty of tips and tricks to grow your money.
I added this podcast because it doesn’t just talk about business finances. It also covers investing in stocks and home ownership. It also gives you a deeper dive into the various aspects of money, which we all could benefit from.
