Running a business is complex, but getting the support you need shouldn’t be. Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions I get about working together, my process, and how I can help streamline your systems.

How do I know what service is best for my business?

My services are tailored to fit your business but they are also staggered based on the stage of business you are in. If you’re just starting out then I offer templates, consultations and strategy sessions to help assess what systems should be in place and how to get them there. If you are a bit more established then a process build is the best fit for a singular build. If you are an established business making six or multiple six figures and you need ongoing support then my Online Business Management is best for you.

Do I really need systems in my business?

I’ll answer that question with a question - do you want to grow your business? If the answer is no then (spoiler alert) my answer is still yes, you need systems in your business but I want to really hone in on the fact that systems are going to put you in place to scale your business. You will also want systems in place before you do that or you might not be able to scale successfully. Even if your business is just starting out you should have basic systems and processes. They don’t have to cost a fortune- you can check out my Business Essentials Templates for starters.

What if I don’t have the time to learn a new software?

While I have specific software recommendations based on your needs we can always work within the systems or software you already have. I do encourage an open mind when it comes to software- depending on the complexity- it might save you a lot of time and money to switch over and go through the painstaking process of learning a new software.

Am I locked in for a certain term with your services?

For the consultation, strategy sessions and process builds those are one time or package services based on your needs. The only service that is ongoing is my Online Business Management service and I do a three month trial to gauge fit, we can then discuss extending. However, if the arrangement isn’t working for both parties we can terminate the agreement. Life is too short to work with people that aren’t a good fit.

What should I have in place before bringing you into my business?

An idea! The main thing that you need is to have an idea of what you would like to accomplish- the rest we will figure out together. It’s my job to craft a plan to help you reach your goals and execute on that plan. It’s okay if you don’t know where to start, have a million ideas or feel overwhelmed- that’s exactly what I help with when you bring me into your business (in any service capacity).
